It is owned by a couple who lives in Florida half the year. This is their summer home.
He owns a chain of restaurants, and she used to own a bathing suit store on Martha's Vineyard.
It's on Winchester Lake in Winsted.
There are pictures being hung in the foyer too, similar in style to the pictures in the living room.
And window treatments in both areas.
