* Kiwi

* Broccoli
* Eggplant
* Cabbage
* Banana
* Sweet peas (frozen)
* Mango

* Sweet corn (frozen)
* Avocado
* Onion

On the other hand, the following twelve foods contain the highest amount of pesticides when grown conventionally, and should therefore alway be consumed organic:

* Spinach
* Grapes (imported)
* Peaches
* Apples
* Sweet bell peppers
* Celery
* Nectarines
* Strawberries

Personally, I buy everything organic. Just to be safe.

By far, the highest levels of pesticides are found in non-organic butter and meat. Even more reason to go vegan.

Good posting. One additional reason to buy organic is that it contains lower levels of cadmium. On average, people get 40 percent of their cadmium intake from the phosphate fertilizers of conventional farming.

I had just gone grocery shopping the day before, so I had enough of what was on those lists to take some nice photos too!

I hadn't realized there was also cadmium in non-organic foods.

What I do realize is that a lot of people think they are eating very healthy, but if they are not buying organic, they are consuming a lot of hidden carcinogens.
